Guarantees

Three promises, and what happens if we break them.

Not "satisfaction guaranteed". Three things you can hold us to, each with a number and a consequence.

  • Live in 21 days, or you pay half.

    We agree a start date in writing, on your contract. If your site is not live 21 days after that date, you pay half the project price. Your deposit already covers that half, so the final invoice comes to nothing. You keep the site, the domain and every login either way.

    The start date is agreed after we have what we need from you, so neither of us is guessing.

  • Google Lighthouse 95 or better, or we fix it free.

    On the day we hand over, we run Google Lighthouse on your site and give you the numbers. If any of the four scores is under 95, we keep working on it at no cost until it is not.

    Measured on the site as we deliver it. Add a chat widget or a tracking pixel later and the score is yours to manage — we will tell you what it costs before you add it.

  • Want to leave? Everything is yours in 5 business days.

    Ask, and within five business days you get the domain transferred, the site files, and every login. Free, and without being asked why.

    This one costs us an hour. We publish it because the reason you are reading it is that somebody else did not.

These three are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we cannot and do not exclude. Nothing here replaces them.

How payment works

  • 50% to start, 50% at launch. No payment plans dressed up as subscriptions.
  • The quote is the price. If we underestimated, that is our problem, not your invoice.
  • Two rounds of changes are included in every package. Beyond that we quote before we do anything.
  • No lock-in. The build is a one-off. Monthly plans stop when you say stop.
  • No GST. We are not registered for GST, so it is not charged and not shown on the invoice. Payable on 7-day terms, bank transfer or card.

Before you ask

How much does a trade website actually cost?

Between $1,490 and $3,590 depending on how many pages and suburbs you need. No GST is charged. Every price is on this page and every quote is fixed before we start. No hourly rates, no scope creep.

How long does it take?

Three weeks from the day you approve the quote, for most sites. The only thing that ever slows it down is waiting on photos and licence details from you — and we tell you exactly what we need on day one.

Do I actually own the website?

Yes, all of it. The domain is registered in your name, the site sits in your account, and you get every login at handover. If you decide to leave us, you take the whole thing with you and nothing breaks. We think charging you to hold your own website hostage is a rubbish way to run a business.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. The build is a one-off fixed price. The care plan is month to month and you can stop it with an email — we will not ask you why, and nothing switches off that you paid for.
