A site with one job: turning a search into a call.
DuraznoWeb studio for Australian trades Quote No. 0417 Remote, Australia-wide
Free quote back in 24 hours. No obligation, no sales pitch, no “digital strategy session”.
None of that is a design problem. It's a plumbing problem — and every trade understands plumbing. The line between someone searching for your trade and your phone ringing was never connected. That's the job we do.
We don't do everything. We do the handful of things that actually put jobs in your calendar, and we do them well.
A site with one job: turning a search into a call.
Half your work comes from the map, not the website.
Show up three suburbs over, not just on your own street.
Hosting, backups, updates and someone who answers.
Anyone can show you a pretty screenshot. Our first build runs our own locksmith business — open it and judge it like a customer would.
SB Locksmith is ours — same owner as this studio. Its site does the things we sell here: it prices the job with a guided quote before anyone has to pick up the phone, takes bookings online, and puts the number where a person locked out at 9pm can find it. Everything we promise a tradie on this site was built for our own trade first.
Scope: Website, guided fixed-price quotes, online booking
No line items that appear later. If it's on this list, it's in the quote you get.
You tell us what you do, where you work and what work you want more of. We don't need a brief — that's our job, not yours.
One number, everything included, valid for 30 days. If we can't do it for that, we say so before you pay anything.
We write it. You read it and tell us what sounds like something you would never say. We fix it.
You see it live on a link about a week in. Two rounds of changes are in the price.
Actual devices, not a simulator. Old Androids and cracked iPhones included, because that is what your customers have.
We go live, hand you every login, and record the walkthrough video. Then we stay reachable.
We put them up because you've got better things to do than sit through a call to find out you can't afford it. Every price is fixed before we start.
Between $2,490 and $8,900 + GST depending on how many pages and suburbs you need. Every price is on our pricing page and every quote is fixed before we start. No hourly rates, no scope creep.
Three weeks from the day you approve the quote, for most sites. The only thing that ever slows it down is waiting on photos and licence details from you — and we tell you exactly what we need on day one.
Yes, all of it. The domain is registered in your name, the site sits in your account, and you get every login at handover. If you decide to leave us, you take the whole thing with you and nothing breaks. We think charging you to hold your own website hostage is a rubbish way to run a business.
Sometimes. If it's on a platform we can work with and the bones are sound, rebuilding on top is cheaper for you and we'll say so. If it's held together with tape, we'll tell you that too. The 15-minute call is free either way.
No. You talk, we write. The call is where we get what we need — what you do, what you don't do, what customers always ask you. You read the draft and tell us anything that doesn't sound like you.
Nobody honest can promise you a position, and anyone who does is selling something. What we can do is the work that actually moves you: a properly set-up Google Business Profile, a page for each suburb you serve, a fast site, and reviews coming in steadily. That's what gets trades into the map pack.
No. The build is a one-off fixed price. The care plan is month to month and you can stop it with an email — we will not ask you why, and nothing switches off that you paid for.
You get a ten-minute video showing how to change prices, add job photos and update your hours on your own site. If you'd rather not touch it, the care plan covers changes, hosting, backups and updates. Either way you can reach a person, not a ticket queue.
Tell us your trade and where you work. You get a fixed quote back within one business day — and if we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
